You can request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- The product is defective in stitching, fabric, or print.
Important:
Return must be requested within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
β Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept return/exchange if:
- Product has been used, worn, washed or has perfume/body spray smell.
- Tags/packing are removed.
- Order was placed in the wrong size or color by customer.
- Sale, Clearance, or Discounted items are not returnable.

Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
